Fully Equipped wins international Outstanding Achievement Award
Hamilton based company Fully Equipped has won an international award for outstanding achievement. The company, which was appointed New Zealand distributor for Warn winches three years ago, was presented with the Warn Industries Achievement Award at a recent world-wide distributors conference in Las Vegas held in conjunction with North Americaís largest vehicle industry trade show.Randy Norris, director of global sales for Warn presented the award to Fully Equippedís managing director Kayne Scott and marketing manager Wayne Robertson saying the award was highly regarded and given only to those Warn distributors who exemplify outstanding achievement within their territory. "This was an outstanding achievement by Fully Equipped Ltd in what is a small but highly competitive market and it recognises the commitment Fully Equipped has made to the marketing of Warn winches within New Zealand."said Randy. He attributed the success of Warn within New Zealand not only to the highly rated performance of the product but to the high level of back up services offered by Fully Equipped through their chain of sales and service centres. Wayne Robertson said the commitment and dedication put in by all ten Fully Equipped centres around New Zealand is paying off in high levels of customer satisfaction. "While Warn products have been well received in traditional markets such as breakdown, four wheel-drive and commercial and recreational vehicles I've been amazed by the interest shown from unexpected users." said Wayne. These have included home kill industry, rescue helicopter operators and even gear for winching up and weighing big-game fish.
